Senseless

Dear Friend,

I am learning the hard way that sometimes you really should tell yourself to sit down. By this I mean, you can't always put your wants, desires, or wishes before others. As nice as it sounds, we always say that we are looking out for the best interests of all the parties involved. However, it's a lie. Mostly, we are just trying to get our way. We believe that we are always right and would rather be told lies than face reality. Truthfully admit to yourself that all of the actions you take aren't in the best interest of anyone other than you. We have learned from a young age, that it's a dog eat dog society thus every man for himself. Am I lying? Rather I want to or not, I have to put my loud mouth schemes on the back burner. Otherwise, I could independently destroy the most important relationships in my life. That's a harsh reality we all have to face one day.

Count It All Joy

Dear Friend,

Life can be a headache sometimes!! According to the National Health Interview Survey, around 75% of Americans experience some amount of stress every two weeks. Basically everyone you know is stressed out! Right now saying, that's life, is not a good enough excuse. We are all adults who understand circumstances occur that aren't always in our best interest. However, we need to learn how to calm down. Everything isn't the end of the world as it seems. I have to tell myself this on a daily basis. Yes, there is cause to stress, but stressing too much can take away any sense of stability or peace you may have. Get a grip on yourself, and learn to breathe.

Mission Drift

Hey Friend!!

Hello, I know that I have been away for a while now! With everything that has come my way, sometimes I find it hard to stay focused on what's important!! This is what a business would call...mission drift. My advice to you and to myself is to not allow distractions to get in your way this year!! In life any distraction will harm your dreams in the same way that stress will harm a pregnancy; by causing a miscarriage. Distractions will stop your goals from growing because you will be to sidetracked too focus on the needed progression in your life. Instead of focusing on the "mission", you will be immersed in day to day drama, allowing yourself and your mind to wander off into solving problems that have nothing to do with achieving your goals. Please friend you need to take you vitamins, eat your veggies, drink eight 8 oz. glasses of water daily, and keep stress to a minimum!! Don't end up on bed rest with your feet in the air on the brink of losing your child a.k.a. your destiny because you drifted off into chaos!!

NEW YEARS!!!

Happy New Years!!! Oh yes I do realize that this post is about three days late, but none the less this is still a new year!! I hope that you enjoyed your celebrations and now we are all back on the daily grind. Well I personally am glad that it's now 2012, out with the old and in the new. I am not one who necessarily believes in "new year's resolutions", because most of the time we list all of these ideas for our new year, new me attitude and around February forget them! Personally I believe in setting feasible goals. The main way to accomplish a goal is to; set it,place a time limit, and take mini-steps of action that will help you achieve this goal. So what goals are you setting for yourself and your life? Goals can be as small as beginning to wake up before the sun rises to buying your dream house. If you set goals that you really desire and work towards them, then there's really no stopping. So everyone keep a positive attitude for this new season, and work on you!! That's my main goal, to have a more positive outlook and work on me. Love you, muah!!!!
